4.0 TFSI V8 EA825 intake system is a complete redesign and optimization of the entire air intake system. Every component, including the cover, has been developed to allow the V8 twin-turbos to draw in air with less drag, resulting in industry-leading performance increases. The original air can cap creates a limitation on the size of the flow collector feeding the inlets from the filters. Therefore, Eventuri increased the height of the central part of the cover to allow for a larger flow collector and larger cone filter.

Each intake system consists of:

- Enlarged carbon fiber air can lid
- Carbon fiber flow collector
- 2 thermoplastic turbo inlets with grooved inner surface
- 2 x custom made high flow dry cone filters
- Customized flexible hoses
- CNC machined breathing ports and reinforcement rings
