Each Milltek system is designed, developed and hand-built in the UK by experienced craftsmen, each manufactured from non-magnetic aircraft grade Type 304 stainless steel. This superior material is less susceptible to discolouration, lasts almost indefinitely and is used throughout the construction of our pipelines, silencers and associated hardware.

Mandrel bending ensures constant radius bends for optimized gas flow, and the bore diameter is carefully expanded over original size to ensure ultimate performance without loss of midrange torque. All Milltek exhaust systems undergo an extensive sound development process to deliver a tone that is sporty and distinctive, without ever inducing unwelcome noise level, drone or cabin resonance.
