The GR86 intake system is the result of extensive testing with various configurations and over 125 dyno runs to arrive at an optimized design. Eventuri tested both original and tuned cars to assess the effect of replacing the intake with a less restrictive version. The NA 2.4L Boxer engine is sensitive to intake temperatures, so Eventuri's first priority was to ensure a completely tight system. Which was the result of this intake system.

Each intake system consists of:

- Patented carbon fiber filter housing with Venturi design and integrated MAF section

- Custom high flow dry cone filter

- Carbon fiber dual-feed inlet channel

- Laser cut front air scoops

- Custom made hardware

- Laser-cut brackets in stainless steel

- CNC machined MAF boss and attachment points
